Powerful Ingredients for Positivity

Our Sunshine Tea combines herbs traditionally linked to mood support and vitality:

  • St John’s Wort – Known for supporting mood balance and positivity. In folklore, it protects against darkness and uplifts the spirit.

  • Calendula – Bright, golden petals connected to solar energy and healing. Adds comfort and warmth to the blend.

  • Chamomile – Calms the nerves, soothes tension, and supports relaxation. A gentle herb for both body and spirit.

  • Lemon Balm – Lifts the mood, eases stress, and aids digestion. Traditionally called the “gladdening herb.”

How to Brew Your Sunshine Tea

For the perfect cup, use 1 teaspoon of tea per 250ml hot water (90°C–100°C). Steep for 5–10 minutes to release the full flavour and benefits. Best enjoyed in the morning or early afternoon to energise and uplift.

Ritual & Witchy Tip

Brew Sunshine Tea on a bright morning. As it steeps, whisper your intentions for happiness and peace. As you sip, visualise the golden light of the sun filling your body, clearing away shadows, and leaving only joy and clarity.
